She partners with founders, executives, and leadership teams to identify what’s creating friction beneath the surface; clarifying identity, strengthening cohesion, refining standards, and simplifying the systems that shape culture. Her work helps leaders move from scattered effort to aligned momentum, creating environments where decisions accelerate, values are lived, and performance feels sustainable rather than strained.

Known for her ability to see what others miss, Michele brings both strategic clarity and grounded perspective to complex leadership dynamics. She believes high performance and strong culture are not competing priorities and that when leaders know who they are and operate from clear standards, everything becomes more cohesive and easier to sustain.


C-D. Young

C-D. Young brings over two decades of hands-on leadership experience grounded in execution, accountability, and team performance. He works with leaders and organizations to translate vision into disciplined action; strengthening standards, clarifying expectations, and building teams that move with cohesion and purpose.

With a background in building high-performance environments, C-D. understands what it takes to operationalize culture beyond conversation. His approach emphasizes decisive leadership, clear communication, and consistent follow-through, ensuring that growth is not only envisioned, but executed.
