Michele Young

 

Michele is a leadership and communication coach who works across the full spectrum—from administrators and CEOs to teens and young adults—helping people develop how they think, communicate, and show up in real-life situations.

Her work focuses on helping individuals:

  • communicate more clearly
  • take ownership of their actions and direction
  • and make stronger decisions under pressure

Through years of working in high-accountability environments, she’s seen a consistent gap—people are expected to lead, communicate, and take responsibility without ever being taught how to actually do it.

Her approach is built to close that gap.

Instead of just teaching concepts, Michele works directly with individuals and groups to create real change in how they communicate, respond, and carry themselves day to day.

The result is growth you can see—in how people think, act, and lead their lives.


C-D. Young

C-D. Young brings over two decades of hands-on leadership experience grounded in execution, accountability, and team performance. He works with leaders and organizations to translate vision into disciplined action; strengthening standards, clarifying expectations, and building teams that move with cohesion and purpose.

With a background in building high-performance environments, C-D. understands what it takes to operationalize culture beyond conversation. His approach emphasizes decisive leadership, clear communication, and consistent follow-through, ensuring that growth is not only envisioned, but executed.

Known for his direct leadership style and commitment to raising standards, C-D. helps teams move from intention to implementation, creating momentum that lasts.
